How long will it take to receive my Eyedentity Labels?
Eyedentity Labels are customized and processed within 1-3 business days of placing your order, then shipped
via US Postal Service from Boca Raton, Florida.
Why doesn't my Eyedentity Label stick well to my child's skin?
First of all, make certain you have carefully removed TWO stickers: the instruction sticker from the back AND the clear protective sticker from the front.
If your Eyedentity Label is still not sticking well to the skin this could be because sunscreen or lotion has been applied before the label application instead of after. The skin should be completely clean and dry before applying an Eyedentity Label. After the Eyedentity Label has dried completely there are no problems with applying sunscreen or lotion.
Next, and this is probably the most important step in applying an Eyedentity Label, let the label dry and 'set' completely to the bearers skin before swimming, showering or allowing clothing to touch it. Blowing gently on the label, smoothing the edges gently with your fingertips or placing your hand firmly on top of the label can aid it in 'setting' effectively. (If applying on a child this can also be a great time to discuss the purpose of Eyedentity Label!)
IMPORTANT: To increase the longevity and durability of the Eyedentity Label REALLY make sure the label is dry before having it come into contact with clothing. This can take a minute or two.

Why does my Eyedentity label feel sticky after I apply it?
If your Eyedentity Label feels a bit sticky after you have applied it you just need to dampen your fingers and gently smooth them over the surface of the label. Sometimes some residual adhesive can be left from the protective water-soluble paper you have removed. Now, just wait for the label to dry completely before coming into contact with clothing and you are ready to go!
How durable are Eyedentity Labels?
Eyedentity Label will last between two days and two weeks, depending on where or how they're used. Again, probably the most important aspect of durability is to make sure your Eyedentity Label is completely dry before you touch, rub or contact with clothing. Where you place Eyedentity Label will have bearing on how long they last too: my three year old like his on his belly, but where his
T- shirt rubs on it while he plays. My six year old, meanwhile, likes his on his upper arm where his T-shirt barely touches it – his lasts longer every time.
Why do you suggest placing Eyedentity Label ordered with a name in a discrete location?
If you have your child’s first name – and we never will allow a surname – in a visible place it gives a stranger the potential power to lure your child away using a false familiarity. If you want a first
name on your tattoo we STRONGLY suggest placing it in an upper arm or thigh where it is not easily visible, but where your child still can point it out in an emergency.
The back of the hand, however, or inner forearm is a popular spot if you are making people aware of medical requirements or medicinal needs, but not necessarily for placing a first name.
Why are the tattoos so boring looking? Can’t you make them cuter?
